Gene Quisisem is known as a real estate team builder and innovator. His professional background sets him apart from his peers — he has consistently led top-producing teams to outperform the competition time and time again. A deal-maker with a marketing background, he sees every obstacle from multiple perspectives.
 
Gene finds purpose in empowering others. Before founding Ajility Real Estate, he held leadership roles for international real estate franchises. Having led teams to close more than 3,000 real estate transactions, Gene maintains the ability to find the unexpected solution.
 
At Ajility Real Estate, Gene has created a collaborative environment where there’s no difference between customer and team success. His highly trained agents deliver real estate experiences that stand out because they feel easy. Behind the scenes, Gene and his team continually pivot to keep pace with the fast-moving Bay Area market, aiming to deliver swift results without the stress.
 
Gene runs Ajility with his wife, Annaliese Quisisem. In his downtime, he loves to be outdoors, whether it’s hiking, biking in the mountains, or being near the water.
